Applicant information: name, telephone number, email, mailing address, employment and work history, social-media account information, photographs, and application answers.
Account and management information: name, username or alias, email, telephone number, login records, IP address, and account activity for authorized users of restricted management areas.
Technical information: IP address, browser and device information, pages viewed, referring pages, and cookie or similar technology data needed to operate, secure, and improve the website.

Do not submit Social Security numbers, government identification numbers, medical information, payment-card numbers, or other highly sensitive information through general forms unless a specific secure process requests it.

How We Use Information

Respond to website messages, VIP inquiries, ride requests, and service requests;
Review applications, arrange interviews, record hiring decisions, and manage applicant workflow;
Complete the authorized Roll Call handoff for approved and hired applicants;
Create and administer authorized management accounts and protect restricted areas;
Operate, maintain, troubleshoot, secure, and improve the website; and
Comply with legal obligations and enforce our policies.

Applicants and Roll Call

Application information is available only to authorized recruiting and management personnel. If an applicant is approved and hired, relevant profile information and approved images may be transferred to the Bucks Roll Call workflow for onboarding and publication. Management access and ownership-level access are maintained as separate permission areas. Submission does not guarantee an interview, employment, or publication.

Cookies and Third-Party Services

The website uses necessary cookies and may use preference cookies for core functionality, saved choices, abuse prevention, and secure logins. The site also uses or embeds Google Fonts and Google Maps. Those providers may receive technical information such as an IP address when resources load.

Google Analytics is not currently active on the Dallas website. If analytics or advertising technology is added later, this policy and the consent controls should be updated before activation.

How We Share Information

We do not sell or rent personal information. We do not currently use it for targeted advertising or profiling that produces legal or similarly significant effects.

Retention and Security

We retain information only as long as reasonably necessary to respond to requests, evaluate applicants, administer accounts, maintain security and business records, resolve disputes, and meet legal obligations. Information no longer reasonably needed may be deleted, anonymized, or securely archived.
